1. Custom Item Refunds:
All custom items, including but not limited to personalized products, customized designs, and special order items, are considered final sale and are non-refundable. Once an order for a custom item is placed, it cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded. This policy is in place due to the unique nature of custom items, as they are specifically tailored to the individual customer's requirements and cannot be resold.
2. Imprint Size and Location:
It is essential for customers to provide precise instructions regarding imprint size and location for custom items. If the customer fails to specify the imprint size or location, we will use industry-standard guidelines to determine the most suitable options for the item. Milbrandt Designs will not be held responsible for any dissatisfaction arising from the use of industry-standard imprint size or location, as it is the customer's responsibility to communicate their preferences accurately during the order placement process.
3. Quality Assurance:
Milbrandt Designs takes great care to ensure the highest quality standards for all custom items. We employ skilled professionals and employ rigorous quality control measures to guarantee customer satisfaction. In the unlikely event that a custom item is received with a manufacturing defect or error on our part, we will gladly replace the item at no additional cost to the customer. However, this does not include any discrepancies resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the customer.
4. Order Modifications and Cancellations:
Once an order for a custom item has been submitted and payment has been processed, modifications or cancellations are not permitted. It is important for customers to review their order details carefully before finalizing the purchase to avoid any discrepancies or errors.
Milbrandt Designs requires full prepayment for all custom orders. The payment must be made at the time of order placement, and the production process will commence only after the payment has been received and confirmed. The prepayment ensures that the resources, materials, and labor required for fulfilling the custom order are allocated accordingly.
